By creating a Metrify workspace or accessing the service, you agree to these Terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. These Terms apply to all users — admins, members, and read-only viewers — across all Metrify plans, including the free tier.

You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity that happens under your account. Enable SSO and hardware keys where possible. We may suspend access if we detect abuse, security threats, or material breach of these Terms — and we will tell you why.

3. Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel from Settings → Billing. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or where we materially fail to provide the service.

Don't reverse engineer, resell or sublicense Metrify, or use it to build a directly competing product. Don't use Metrify to target individuals based on protected characteristics, or to make automated decisions with significant legal effect on a person without human review.

You own all of your customer data and the rights to your inputs. We don't claim a stake in your dashboards, queries or alerts. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, process and display your data solely to operate and improve the service for you.

Metrify, its name, logo, source code, models and underlying tech are owned by Metrify, Inc. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive license to use the service while your subscription is active. Feedback you send us is gratefully received and may be used to improve the product, without obligation or compensation.
